Latest academic certificates
〇Graduation certificates, diplomas, degrees, etc.
〇Academic transcript (each grade transcript must be submitted)
Note: Required certificates varies on nationalities. (Refer to the admission guideline)
Certificate of course completion of Japanese language
Applicants are required to complete at least 150 hours of Japanese language course by the time of applying for admission.
Certificate of Japanese language proficiency
Applicants are required to pass at least N5 level test from the testing sites listed below:

〇 Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT)
〇 NAT-TEST
〇 J-TEST
Identification certificate
Valid Identification certificates with photo
〇 Passport
〇 National ID card or ID cards issued by the local government/ authority.
Letter of consent/ agreement
The letter must be filled and signed in handwritten form by the applicant.
※Computerized forms are not accepted.

Statement of financial support
Submit school-designated form

Identification certificate
Valid identification certificates with photo

〇 National ID card or ID cards issued by the local government/ authority.

〇 Valid resident card
Additional documents (Applicants with application and entry history)
Copies of application documents submitted to the immigration bureau

〇 Supporting documents (Applicant and guarantors' personal certificates, etc.)
If the applicant does not have copies of the previous documents, please contact the agency or the Japanese language school applied with in the previous application.
Note: Application will not be accepted if the applicant fails to provide documents mentioned above.
Statement of purpose (in detailed information)
Applicants who have resided in Japan before will be asked to provide a detailed statement of purpose.
※Use of templates are not accepted. Please make sure the statement is written by the applicant himself/herself.
Reason of application refusal (Applicants who have refusal history only)
Note: Application may not be accepted for re-application based on the reason of application refusal.
If the applicant does not have the details of previous application refusal, please contact the agency or the Japanese language school applied with in the previous application.
We require a complete documentation for admissions. Please make sure the documents are complete before applying for admissions.
