​（※1）A designated format of the school is required to issue study hour certificate.

※ The application form for the certificate of eligibility will be provided only in a form of PDF file. In addition, the retention period for personal documents of graduates is three years from the date of enrollment, and as such documents will no longer be available in March of the following year after graduation. Applications cannot be accepted after the retention period.

（※３） The JLPT certificate can only be re-issued if the student applied at school. Individual application will not be eligible for re-issue.

How to apply and issue

To request a certificate, please apply through the "Certificate Issuing Form" on this page.

The issuance eligibility will depend on the student's previous register.

** Those who have been expelled are not eligible to apply for certificates.

* Issuing certificates via post will require additional 500 yen postal fee. (On counter issuance will not require any additional fee.)

*Our school does not provide personal documents which is specified by the applicant. If the applicant only need partial of the personal documents, the applicant should apply for the "certificate of eligibility (PDF)" document which consist all the documents stored in the school.

*Certificates cannot be issued on the day of the application, so please be sure to contact our school in advance or apply through the certificate application form to get updates. Note that certificates can be only issued between 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, applications made after 17:00 will be accepted on the next working day.
