Can agencies apply only with the student list?

No. Our school have list of documents which are required to be submitted for application. Please refer to the "application guideline" PDF.

Do applicants need to submit their Japanese language proficiency test certificates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We require applicants to submit their Japanese language proficiency test certificates up on application. Applicants with no certificates will not be eligible for the school application.

I submitted a Japanese language test certificate, but my application was rejected.

Accepted Answer

Our school has specifications in Japanese language proficiency test certificates. We only accept certifications from JLPT, NAT-TEST (Paper-based test*), J-TEST, and JLCT. Applications may be rejected in such cases as, not submitting certificates from the mentioned specified tests or not meeting the passing score of the test taken.

*For Nat-test examinees, only paper-based test (PBT) is eligible for application. Computer-based test (CBT) is not eligible for the school application.

How long does the admission screening takes?

Accepted Answer

Admission screeing period depends on the time of submitting the application documents. Generally, the first screening (document screening) take around 2 days, however, final results will be noticed after the second screening (interview screening) so it will depend on the appointment day of the screening.

Are there any limitations in nationalities can apply?

No. As long as the applicant meet the application requirements , we welcome all nationalities.

Are there any foreign staff members?

Unfortunately, we do not have foreign national staffs, however, we have staffs who are proficient in foreign language.

Does the school have SKYPE account?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to privacy policy and prevention to information leaks, we only use e-mail or the website to contact each applicants and agencies.

Is it required to pay the application fee at the time of application?

No. Application fee will be charged along with the other fees after obtaining the certificate of eligibility.
